The Butter Book Project is an extremely innovative project, founded by Reginald Edwards following his culinary licensing in Seattle. While in Seattle, our founder developed an extensive network of architectural and culinary professionals, and we are now translating that vision to Memphis.
We think Memphis is ready for more than just brilliant coffee experiences - but pastry experiences, too.
The BBP has been operating for 3 months as of August 2025, and we are fast-rolling with gaining investments.
We are asking for a total funding stack of $250,000, with a goal of $50,000 per qualified investor. All investments are made through escrow accounts to protect your funding.
